Godsmack and Staind Set Off on “Mass Chaos” Tour
Modern-day hard rockers Godsmack and Staind have teamed up for a co-headlining “Mass Chaos” tour that will take them across the United States for the months of April and May (complete tour dates below).
According to the official press release, “The Mass Chaos Tour”, whose name was decided by fans in a vote, will kick off April 13th at James Brown Arena in Augusta, Georgia before passing through places such as Texas (with six concerts in the state), and ending things in Bangor, Maine May 18th (venue still not officially confirmed).
According to Staind frontman Aaron Lewis, “Going on tour with Godsmack was a no-brainer… our fans are in for one hell of a rock show.” Godsmack‘s Sully Erna added, “We’re very excited to get back out with our Massachusetts brothers again. It’s been a pinch too long, and all hell is about to break loose!” Both bands will be joined by Halestorm as opening act during the tour.
In addition to coming up with the name of the tour, both Staind and Godsmack invite fans to submit design for the official tour poster. Winners will receive $500 and prizes, so go submit your designs now.
Tickets for Staind and Godsmack‘s “Mass Chaos” tour go on sale tomorrow, Wednesday, January 25th.
