Train is a rock band that was originally formed when singer Patrick Monahan met former band member Rob Hotchkiss in California back in 1993. Along with Patrick Monahan, Train is currently comprised of members Scott Underwood and Jimmy Stafford and 2012 is the year they will release their 6th studio album titled California 37. Train first achieved mainstream commercial success through the 2001 release of the Grammy Award winning album Drops Of Jupiter, and since that time their albums have sold over 14 million copies.

Since becoming a hit band known for singles like "Meet Virginia", "Drops of Jupiter" and "Calling All Angels", Train has played on tour to thousands of worldwide fans who have been excited to see the band play these, and other songs, in concert. Along with creating music for their albums, Train also contributed the song "Ordinary" to the Spider Man 2 soundtrack, which is a song that was also used on the show Heroes and was used on a 2005 Cingular advertising campaign.
