Snoop Dogg

hip-hop, rap, gangsta rap I'm a fan

Snoop Dogg: Still Gangster Snoop Dogg has been a hip hop icon for years and continues to conquer the music video industry with gangster appeal and true to life lyrics. He has dominated the West Coast scene and still continues to do so. Since Snoop has gotten older and has a family now he has certainly toned down a little but many fans remember him for being the realest of the real and conquering every tour he has been on. His real bith given name is Calvin Cordozar Broadus, Jr and he was born October 20, 1971. Snoop is set to appear in concert at the 2011 Player's Ball at Marbella in Hollywood on December 17th. The ball is not only a birthday festival of sort for Bishop Don Magic Juan but also to raise money for his medical costs for hospitilization. This ball was first held in 1978 with other rapper icons such as Ice Cube, Lil Jon, Xibit, and many more. Snoop has been loved by fans for many years and is not ready to give up his "pimpin'" status. He has also not been limited to just music but starred in the funny film "Soul Plane" in which he plays a certified too cool captain who likes to keep it real. He is also by far not usually seen without his shades and appears to be fashion savvy with velour jumpsuits he has been seen wearing to events and his signature pig tail braids that keep him unique.
