Since beginning his musical career in 2002, Robin Thicke has not only written soulful, R & B inspired songs for artists like Mary J. Blige, Lil Wayne and Usher, but he has also found the time to create 5 albums of music for himself and act in movies like The Rules Of Attraction and Valentine's Day. Beginning with his moderately successful 2002 debut album A Beautiful World, Robin Thicke showcased his soulful songwriting with his own vocal talents on singles like "When I Get You Alone" and "Brand New Jones". It wasn't until the 2005 release of his second album The Evolution Of Robin Thicke that Robin Thicke received commercial success in the U.S thanks to the popularity of the single "Lost Without U". His next three albums, Something Else, Sex Therapy and his most recent album, Love After War produced hits like "Magic", "The Sweetest Love" and "You're My Baby" and have further cemented the popularity of his music throughout the world. Throughout his musical career, Robin Thicke has performed live in concert as the opening act for The Beyonce Experience and The Freedom Tour, and even made a recent appearance at the 2011 Richmond Jazz Festival.
