Canada born Neil Young is a legendary musician who is considered to be one of the most influential musicians of his time. Young, born on November 12, 1945, first began performing music in 1960. Then, in 1966, Neil Young became one of the founders of the inspirational band Buffalo Springfield, before joining up with Crosby, Stills and Nash to form the band Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. After Crosby, Stills and Nash (a band he still sometimes performs with) Neil Young went onto achieve an enormously successful solo career full of music that still inspires new musicians of today. From his 1969 debut solo album Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere to 1992's smash hit Harvest Moon album, Neil Young continues to perform and create profound and meaningful music that will continue to be loved for many generations to come.
