DJ Shadow, born as Joshua Paul Davis, is an extremely popular and critically acclaimed DJ, songwriter and producer. In 1996, this multi talented artist released his debut album, Entroducing..., which became the first ever album to consist entirely of mixes. This groundbreaking electronic album even won the praise of the Guinness Book of World Records by winning the title of "First Completely Sampled Album" in 2001. Over his highly successful career in the electronic music community, DJ Shadow has released numerous studio, remix, compilation and live albums, and he is considered to be one of the most successful electronic musicians of all time. He may have created an impressive catalog of music, but DJ Shadow's music is best experienced in a live concert. He has gone on tour to clubs and music venues around the world and his contribution to electronic music is very well known.
