Chris Tomlin is a Christian Contemporary Musician who is not only a Christian singer-songwriter, but he is also a worship leader at Passion City Church in Atlanta, GA. Since releasing his 1995 album Inside Your Love, Chris Tomlin has released eleven of his own solo albums, thirteen passion event albums and has the great honor of winning 32 Gospel Music Association (GMA) Dove Awards. His most well known and beloved songs include "How Great Is Our God","Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)" and "Jesus Messiah" and while Chris Tomlin writes many of his songs, he often shares the responsibility of songwriting with band mates Daniel Carson, Jesse Reeves, Travis Nunn and Matt Gilder.
Since the beginning of his career, Chris Tomlin has performed in concert both on his own, as seen with his Chris Tomlin Indescribable Tour, and as a supporting act for other popular Christian Contemporary artists. Chris Tomlin is often featured in religious conferences and festivals which included an appearance at Hillsong's 2007 conference and a performance at Grand Saline's Annual Salt Festival.
